The Melbourne General Practice Network is seeking applications for the position of Non Executive Director (Non GP) to join the Board. Melbourne, Australia
General Practice Network is a dynamic, innovative association of General Practitioners that aims to promote and support optimal continuing patient care by GPs in the local area. Examples include providing GP clinical and information management support to improve care for patients, providing management advice, support of the Better Outcomes in Mental Health Program, chronic disease management programs, better care for cardiac patients and quality prescribing support.
In response to the current discussion around the future format and direction of the primary health care sector, applicants with experience and knowledge of corporate governance and/or senior management experience (e.g. general management, accounting, finance, marketing, law) will be favorably considered.
